We would like to introduce a case study of our proposed approach to problem-solving. Company A faced the challenge of increased delivery costs due to a sudden change in management conditions caused by a decrease in sales from the Lehman Shock, and there were limitations to cost reduction with existing transportation companies. Therefore, we proposed initiatives such as developing new delivery routes, innovating packaging for deliveries, and downsizing vehicles.
